General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose and Pre-contractual Information

These GTC govern the sale of products on house-of-seeds.fr by Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH (Machtlfinger Str. 21, 81379 Munich). The Customer acknowledges having been informed, in accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, of the essential characteristics, price, and their rights before placing the order.

2. Legal Warning: Souvenir and Collection Use

IMPORTANT: In France, germination and cultivation of cannabis are prohibited (Art. 222-35 of the Penal Code). Our Seeds are sold exclusively as collector's souvenirs and for genetic preservation. House of Seeds disclaims all liability in case of illegal use. Access to the site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (see Age Verification).

3. Formation of the Contract

The contract is concluded using the "double click" method. It becomes binding upon payment confirmation, but the sale is considered complete upon shipment of the products confirmed by email.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include All Taxes Included (ATI). They do not include delivery charges, which are billed separately.
Accepted payments: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Prepayment, Kreditkarte. Transactions are secured by SSL protocol via our PCI-DSS certified payment providers.

5. Retention of Title Clause

House of Seeds retains full ownership of the sold products until full payment of the price, including principal, fees, and taxes.

6. Transfer of Risks (Art. L216-4)

All risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer at the moment when the Customer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier proposed by the professional), takes physical possession of the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Art. L221-18)

The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw. This period starts from the day after receipt of the goods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Exclusion (Art. L221-28, 5°): Sealed products (Seeds) that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health protection and genetic integrity.

8. Legal Warranties

House of Seeds is liable for defects of conformity (Art. L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
Conformity: The Customer has 2 years from delivery to take action. They may choose between repair or replacement (subject to cost conditions).
Hidden defects: The Customer may choose between contract cancellation or a price reduction (Art. 1644 Civil Code).

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, logos, visuals) are the exclusive property of Weedo Lifestyle & Media GmbH. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

House of Seeds' obligations will be suspended in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, total strikes, telecommunication network blockages) as defined by French case law.

11. Mediation and Applicable Law

Disputes: Please first contact info@house-of-seeds.de. If unsuccessful, contact the mediator: (currently being appointed), (to be announced soon). RLL platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Applicable law: French Law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
