§ 1 Age Requirement (18+)

Due to the nature of the products sold, purchases in the House of Seeds online store may be made only by adults (18 years or older). By using the site, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

§ 2 Verification Procedure

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and placing an order constitutes the Customer's declaration of being of legal age.
2. Our store system requires age confirmation upon entering the site (via an age gate) and during the order process.

§ 3 Consequences of Violations

1. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate cancellation of the order without refund of payment processing fees.
