1. Withdrawal vs Warranty: Two Distinct Rights

• Right of Withdrawal (14 days): Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt to return an intact and sealed product, no reason needed. See our Terms and Conditions for the withdrawal form.
• Legal Warranty of Conformity (2 years): The product received does not match the order or has a defect? You have 2 years to act free of charge (Art. L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code).

2. Damaged Products on Receipt

A product received broken or damaged during transport is not a withdrawal but a delivery defect. Contact our support immediately at info@house-of-seeds.de with photos for a free replacement.

3. Exclusions (Art. L221-28, 5°)

Due to the biological nature of the products, any seed packet whose original seal has been broken cannot be refunded under the right of withdrawal.

4. Refund Procedures (Art. L221-24)

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notification, using the original payment method. We may delay the refund until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs (Art. L221-23)

Direct costs of returning goods are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer for withdrawals. In case of non-conformity or defective product, costs are borne by us.
